Carrington Blake Focus is about to launch a new project aimed at providing essential skills training for individuals between the ages of 16 -25 years old and all unemployed individuals.
Programmes are open to all young people and old people, regardless of race, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or offender background (except where specific legislation applies)
This project is committed towards bridging the gap in training between Employers and Employees. We work with individuals that have been out of work for a long period of time, thus finding it difficult to find employment, the socially excluded, single parents and non educated.
These courses are designed to help meet the economic challenges of the 21st century and combine high quality vocational training, both on and off-the-job, with training in QCA Key Skills, leading to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and Relevant Skills Training.
We aim to provide programmes that have been designed to meet the needs of employers and provide trainee’s with quality training towards nationally recognised qualifications in their chosen career sectors.
